Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Arcade Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service and ensuring all arcade games and attractions are well maintained. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise staff
- Ensure efficient and effective operation of the facility, games, and attractions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Coordinate and manage events, including scheduling, setup, and execution
- Handle conflict management situations with professionalism and tact
- Attend regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, games, and attractions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in arcade maintenance and hospitality industry preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Experience working with children or in a family-oriented environment is a plus
