Family Friend Animal Hospital is looking to hire a FULL TIME client care representative with veterinary experience is a must. We are an established two-doctor practice located in Newnan, Georgia that offers preventative medicine, surgical, and dental services. We are open from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM during the week and 8:00 AM to 12:00 on Saturday; we are closed on Sundays.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine love and compassion for both animals and owners. This position is fast-paced and the first impression when entering our clinic, which means they require someone who has an upbeat, welcoming personality. Basic knowledge with computers, being comfortable operating a multi-line phone system, strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to aptly handle stressful situations with ease are also required. Applicants should be punctual, dependable, and hardworking.

Skills and duties include but are not limited to:

· Receive and place calls for scheduling appointments and boarding.

· Prioritize tasks in an organized manner.

· Maintain documentation for clients and pet records.

· Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.

· Maintain a positive attitude during interactions with clients, pets, and fellow teammates.

· Assist clients by providing instructions, information, and dispense prescriptions per the veterinarian’s instructions.

· Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Knowledge about clinic protocols and preventative products.

***Experience at a veterinary clinic is a requirement for this role.***

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
