WHAT DO YOU DO?

Mornings are dedicated to planning activities that blend seamlessly with our curriculum and captivate the imaginations of your young charges. Picture transforming the classroom into a haven of discovery, where each lesson feels like an exciting adventure, and every project is a stepping stone toward deeper understanding.

As a 4K Teacher, your role extends beyond the traditional boundaries. During parent conferences, you become the bridge between school and home, fostering collaboration with families. These sessions offer a glimpse into each child's development, sparking meaningful discussions and collaborative planning that enhance the overall learning experience. Beyond the classroom, immerse yourself in training

sessions and staff meetings, where your insights contribute to a dynamic educational community.

QUALIFICATIONS

· A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

· Wisconsin DPI certification for 4K teaching

· At least one year of experience in early childhood education

· Knowledge of licensing requirements, Child and Adult Care Food Program, and Head Start program Performance Standards

· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
