Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate mold and water restoration services efficiently.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to scheduling and appointments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of scheduled services.
• Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the office as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous office experience in a mold or water restoration company is required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a high-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
