SUMMARY
Provides exceptional customer service to all guests who enter the restaurant. Handles the entire sequence of service from order taking to checkout. Communicates effectively with other team members both front and back of the house.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
1. Greet all patrons when they walk through the front door.
2. Sit patrons immediately when seating becomes available.
3. Once patrons are seated, introduce Johnny Rockets promotions.
4. Take drink orders, deliver utensils and sauces in a timely manner.
5. Deliver food and continue to follow up with the patron to ensure a positive dining experience
and satisfaction.
6 Handle customer concerns to the best possible satisfaction of the customer. If unable to satisfy, involve the on duty supervisor. Each customer transaction must be handled in a way that positively spreads Johnny Rockets reputation.
7. Deliver ticket to the table prior to the customer departing.
8. Perform side work and end of night closing tasks as defined by the on-duty supervisor and in accordance
with your operations procedural manual.
9. Participate in dance routines during shift.
10. Responsible for check out process at end of shift and for proper declaration of tips.
11. Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while toward patrons and co-workers. This is a service position
meaning that you always service either an internal or external customer.
12. Working safely by using good judgment and following all company and OSHA regulations is required.
13. Show up every day, on time for your scheduled shifts.
14. Additional duties as required or assigned.
