Family Ear, Nose & Throat, LLC is Hiring a Medical Receptionist (Full-Time) Near Kittery, ME
Seeking full-time receptionist for busy medical practice in Kittery, Maine and Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Medical office experience is preferred.
Applicant must possess strong computer and telephone skills. The ability to work cooperatively and professionally within a small office is required. Candidates must also possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills both oral and written. Teamwork is a must!
Skills Required:
Answering the Phone
Scheduling Patient Appointments
Obtaining Patient Referrals
Checking Patients In/Out
Entering and Scanning Patient Information into Practice Management System
Verifying Patient Insurance
Pre-certifying and Scheduling Medical Procedures
Working with Providers to Respond to Patient Questions
Benefits include health insurance and 401(k).
