3rd shift - Sunday through Thursday 8PM - 4:30AM
General Summary:
Supplies Stores with the correct merchandise based on individual needs while achieving set production, quality and safety standards.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Selects and packs merchandise, from multiple levels, in a fast and efficient manner to meet and/or exceed production standards.
- Ensures the correct merchandise is shipped to the correct store based on the store orders and meets and/or exceeds set quality standards.
- Operates equipment (voice command headset) and/or uses paper pick documents in order to process store orders.
- Achieves set standards (engineered or productivity) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Communicates effectively with Sign Out Clerk in order to maintain a consistent workflow.
- Monitors equipment in order to maintain production workflow and minimize downtime.
- Fills in and assists with stocking duties as time permits.
- Follows set safety procedures and guidelines to maximize personal safety.
- Maintains an organized work area and promotes a safe working environment within the Repack department.
- Follows all Company policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
