Family Dental is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Pompano Beach, FL

We are looking for an amazing Dental Receptionist to join our office. We are a private solo general practitioner office. Must have a great personality, and be reliable, professional, and courteous to patients. Knowledge of dentistry and insurance is required. Experience with Dentrix is a plus.

Duties may include but not limited to:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Billing and payment processing
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Manage patient flow and ensure a smooth operation of the front desk

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
