We are seeking a professional and knowledgeable Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing insurance claims, recording payments when received back from insurance company, keeping track of insurance aging. Along with the insurance end you will need to be able to follow billing schedules for patients. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong analytical and writing skills.
Responsibilities

- keep track of insurance aging
- follow billing schedules.
- help answer phones.
- keep schedules full.
- High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in dental claims
- Experience using industry-specific software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience writing detailed reports
