Family Dental Care of Milford is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Milford, NH

Are you looking to become a dental assistant but do not have any experience? If so, we are the right place for you! Growth-mindedness is among our 5 core values, and we will provide all necessary tools for you to continue to grow as a dental assistant.

As a dental assistant at Family Dental Care of Milford, you will always be set up for success. Each team member is assigned a mentor, completes at least two weeks of PAID training prior to seeing their first patient, and has various check-ins, pre-scheduled in order to verify the transition into a new role is progressing smoothly. You will also have direct access to support from your peers, Team Leader, Office Manager, and Practice Owner.

We are looking for eager individuals that are ready to take the first step beginning their career in dentistry. Not only do we take the care described above, but we also take pride in our culture. We strive to provide a happy, up-beat work environment. Our goal is provide excellent patient care to our community as well as express value to our employees. Some of our culture events have included Super Fun Day to Portsmouth, NH, a day in Boston doing a duck boat tour and escape room, AND a full team cruise to Bermuda!
