Independent Licensed Therapist - LICSW, LMHC or LMFT

We are currently seeking a licensed clinical therapist for our Danvers, Massachusetts, center.

Clinicians can telehealth 1-2 days a week if full-time. Additional days on-site are required.

Compensation:

• Fee for Service Model
• Full-time employees can earn $75,000 - $100,000 annually.

Requirements:

• Clear and active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensed in Massachusetts.
• Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience working with children or adolescents.
• Experience with couples or family counseling.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Two years of clinical experience.
• A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth.
• Evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills are needed.
