Family & Children's Services Career Page is Hiring a System Engineer Near Tulsa, OK
Perform all software updates installed on servers, including operating system updates. Oversee and coordinate access control for all systems. Optimize servers and network equipment to maintain integrity, stability and efficient performance. Partner with technology vendors and maintain good working relationships with them. Document policies/procedures and maintain knowledgebase.
Design, plan and implement a high quality production environment utilizing virtualization. Utilize tools for monitoring and diagnosing systems’ health and troubleshooting. Design, plan and implement network storage for the agency’s private cloud. Configure and maintain all agency phone systems, including VoIP. Proactively perform preventive maintenance on infrastructure hardware.
Provide and/or assist in the project management of technology projects and projects that require technology components. Obtain technical consultations when appropriate.
Perform special projects as the need arises. Provide Level 2 & 3 support for all technology issues to HelpDesk staff. Research and resolve systems issues.
