Job Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and dedicated individual to join our team in a unique role that combines the responsibilities of a Nanny with those of an Executive/Personal Assistant. This position requires flexibility and adaptability, as the successful candidate will alternate weekly between two sets of duties based on the custody schedule of the children.

**Nanny Responsibilities (On weeks with children):**

- Manage daily routines including school pick-ups and homework assistance

- Take kids to their after school activities and wait for them to be done to bring them home

- Ensure the children’s safety and well-being at all times

- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the children’s living spaces

**Executive/Personal Assistant Responsibilities (On weeks without children):**

-Assist with calendar management, schedule meetings and appointments, handle mail

-Assist with IT support for email, computer & subscriptions

-Coordinate dog care, appointments, transportation

-Schedule maintenance of automobiles/take to maintenance

-Assist with tracking orders and anticipate/confirm deliveries

-Efficiently handle online shopping and process returns/manage refunds

-Travel Planning

-Coordinate travel arrangements for the family

Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Current driver’s license and reliable transportation

Location: Santa Barbara, California

Part-Time: 20-25 hours per week (flexible based on custody schedule)
