Duties:
- Set up and operate bindery or letterpress machines to perform various bindery operations
- Monitor production process to ensure quality control standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Experience:
- Previous experience operating machines in a bindery or printing environment is must.
- Knowledge of machining techniques and quality control standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
