The Nighttime Closer functions as the closer for one of our Family Behavior Solutions ABA Clinics. The Nighttime Closer provides administrative support alongside the Clinicians and Treatment Coordinators to ensure the clinic closes properly.

Job Duties:

• Ensure all staff have entered and converted their Central Reach billing at the end of the night.
• Ensure cleanliness of the clinic each evening including but not limited to cleaning floors, cleaning up toys, sanitizing tables, stacking chairs, removing trash and replacing trash bags, cleaning and closing the playground, putting away all materials, shutting off electronics and placing in lock boxes, making sure clinic animals' enclosure is clean and that they have fresh food and water, turning off clinic lights, shutting and locking clinic doors.
• Communicates issues/concerns with supervisors, directors and Human Resources as soon as they arise
• Fill in for other clinic(s) when needed
• Being present on site for all scheduled work hours
• Direct staff to follow schedule throughout the night
• Coordinate with Family Behavior Solutions via Microsoft Teams
• Respond to emails during all work hours when available and prior to the start of shift
• Communicate with all members of the treatment team regarding cancellations and schedule changes
• Responsible for last-minute clinic staffing in the evenings
• Ensure timeliness of center-based staff
• Updating center documentation as needed, directed by the Site Coordinator
• Assign cleaning responsibilities to Paraprofessional staff at the end of shift and ensuring these responsibilities are completed
• Attends meetings as needed including monthly all-clinics meeting

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 4:00pm to 7:30pm

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma/GED Required
• Must be available to work Monday to Friday 4:00pm to 7:30pm
• Management experience a plus
• Experience in an ABA Clinic a plus
