Socially Necessary Service Provider
Immediate opening for part time socially necessary service provider. Job requirements include supervised visitations, safety services, individualized parenting instruction, adult life skills instruction, attending MDT meetings. Work is in Wood County and surrounding areas. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, ability to pass a background check.
The Socially Necessary Service Provider position requires a BSW or related four-year degree in a human service field. Social Work license is a plus! Experience in providing direct service to families is also necessary, but not required. The role involves coordinating and overseeing service programs for individuals with open CPS cases, developing program plans, maintaining relationships with clients and community partners, managing program documentation, collaborating with teams, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Completing documentation of services is also required.
