Job Description

We are currently looking to hire 1 Part-time Customer Service Representatives to our team. Experience in a medical office setting is preferred, but will train the right person. This position would have room for growth and increase in hours.

The right candidate must be enthusiastic, motivated, organized, quick learner and a good communicator.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Checking clients in and out
• Nightly cleaning duties
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Scheduling appointments
• Checking out clients and patients
• Computer entry of medical records
• Checking emails
• Be able to multitask.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to communicate clearly to clients.
• Knowledge of Cornerstone is a plus but will train.

COVID Protocols

We are currently seeing patients both curbside and in-clinic. All employees and clients have the option to wear masks. Gloves and gowns are provided if wanted.

Hours

Part time, may have half day shifts during the week.

Saturday shifts required.

Hours and days are negotiable.
