We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to assist our faculty and help students excel in the classroom. This position will be an integral part of the learning environment, and we're interested in hiring a candidate who can help make the classroom a comfortable and fun place to be.

Teaching language proficiency requirements: Mandarin/Chinese and/or English.

College graduates and students are encouraged to apply. Fallowfield Montessori Schools sponsors Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and Optional Practical Training (OPT) paid internships for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist with providing guidance to students in a Montessori learning environment;
2. Assist with classroom preparation;
3. Demonstrate ability to work with diverse populations;
4. Assist faculty with managing classroom;
5. Assist faculty with guiding student independent work and group projects;
6. Demonstrate willingness to help students progress toward learning goals for class.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
