Responsibilities

Accounting Responsibilities:

1. Utilizing the Blackline automated reconciliation software, prepare monthly account reconciliations

2. Utilizing Oracle prepare journal entries to be recorded in the general ledger

3. Utilizing the QNXT software process provider checks that have been returned

4.Account analysis and reporting as requested. 

Qualifications

Qualification requirements

The ideal candidate is a GSOM student working towards an MBA, MSA, or MSF degree. The candidate should have interest in both traditional accounting as well as analytics. Prior experience working in an accounting or finance department is preferred but not required. Candidate should possess aptitude for working with new software; prior experience working with financial software such as general ledger systems, budgeting systems, and/or analytics software is preferred but not required.

Candidate must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality with respect to financial data & records.
