TITLE: Site Coordinator QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a valid Massachusetts teacher’s license REPORTS TO: Principal SALARY AND TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: See Principal for Details RESPONSIBILITIES:The site coordinator will:Recruit students to attend the programSupervise teachers and paraprofessionalsOversee implementation of the program and fidelity to grant requirementsMaintain attendance records for teachers and studentsCollaborate with school leadership in order to plan the program in alignment with school prioritiesAssist in the recruitment of teachers and paraprofessionalsCommunicate with families Ensure student safety and follow appropriate emergency protocols (including coordination with nurse around the following of Covid-19 protocols)Develop a schedule for staff and collect staff timesheets SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written skillsStrong lesson planning and delivery skillsBe organized and able to multitaskKnowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong leadership skills
