Background:
The 21 st CCLC program is recruiting teachers/practitioners to work for the Summer of 2024. The program provides
enrichment and academic support to eligible students. It focuses on improving student achievement through experiential
learning and community-service learning. Examples of activities include, but are not limited to, music, robotics, culinary
arts, art, theater, and physical fitness.
The program will run from July 1 – August 1. The program runs for five hours a day, Mondays-Thursdays.
Position: OST Highly Qualified Teacher/Highly Qualified Practitioner
Responsibilities: Including but not limited to:
Designing and implementing enrichment activities that embed the Massachusetts
Frameworks and promote 21 st century learning outcomes
Completing SAYO (Survey of Youth Outcomes) forms
Assisting students with academics
Participating in professional development opportunities
Salary: $34.50/hour
Reports to: Site Coordinator/Lead Teacher and/or Program Director
Contingent upon Fall River School Committee approval and the availability of funds
