Fall River Health Services is Hiring a Restorative assistant Near Hot Springs, AR
Fall River Health Service is looking for an RN Assistant & Transportation Aide to assist with implementation of Restorative Care Programs developed by the licensed therapist, Restorative Nursing Coordinator, and Interdisciplinary Care Team.
This position may also provide routine resident care duties delegated by the charge nurse to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the resident.
Provide assigned residents with direct therapeutic care to promote maximum resident independent functionality and safety.
Provide preventative and rehabilitative procedures individualized to the resident. Observe records and reports to the Restorative Care Coordinator the clients reaction to treatment and any change in condition.
Perform transfers with residents, using recommended techniques as demonstrated by the Restorative Coordinator to insure the safety of the resident and the restorative staff.
Document behaviors, treatment, responses and care thoroughly, timely and accurately. Documentation and care provided must comply with Medicare, State, Federal, and insurance and payer requirements.
Act in the capacity of Certified Nursing Assistance as required.
