Falcon Structures is seeking experienced Carpenters to perform rough, trim, and finish carpentry in the modification of shipping container-based structures. You will work with a diverse group of individuals and get to work on interesting projects.
Work Schedule is 7am - 3:45 pm M-F with overtime likely
Hourly Pay $17 - $19 DOE
Duties & Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates wood working tools to cut, form and finish material for the job.
• Erects or dismantles structures, builds, repairs and/or refinishes walls or structures.
• Sets up framing jigs to correct size for walls
• Installs doors, windows, framing, all insulation, paneling, FRP, cabinetry, and trim
• Can build boxes unsupervised
• Installs wood floors and coin flooring
• Install sheetrock, tape, and float
• Runs MC Wire
• Reviews shop drawings
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills & Abilities:

• 3 years of experience
• Able to read shop drawings.
• Good craftsman, able to perform quality finish work
• Has a good understanding of equipment used.
• Must be safety conscious
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has a learning mindset.
• Flexible, friendly, able to collaborate with and coach others, and work on a team.
• Ability to use critical thinking
