Falcon Services, Inc. is Hiring a Foreman Near Lowell, MA
Lead person would be responsible to supervise 1-3 carpenters or laborers carrying out various construction and repairs.
Lead person should have in-depth knowledge of all common construction types and be able to work/ build and repair them.
Lead person should be able to work independently when called on and have a generally positive attitude.
Concrete flat work, brick block repairs, waterproofing also a plus.
Ideal candidate would be able to switch from roof repairs to concrete work to carpentry work, to storm drain structure repairs on any given day without hesitation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Carpenters: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Lowell, MA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: On the road
