Job Title: Coordinator of Community Care
Work Schedule: 210 contracted work days
Reports To: Executive Director of Individualized Education
Experience: District 49 credits each year of verified full-time/full-year relevant experience up to 20 years.

Salary: The minimum starting pay is $85,243*/year and the maximum salary is $99,569.00*/year. Initial pay placement is dependent on level of formal education and years of relevant experience (the maximum credit granted is 20 years).
