- BA/BS from accredited college or university
- Valid Colorado teaching license endorsed in area of assignment: Secondary Mathematics OR
- a valid CO licensed endorsed in another area AND passing exam scores on the CO PLACE - Math (test administered on or before May 6, 2017 with score of 220 or higher) or PRAXIS II - Mathematics OR
- a valid CO license endorsed in another area - HR to review transcripts and make determination OR
- a valid CO license endorsed in another area and a BA/BS or higher major in Mathematics - HR to review transcripts and make determination
- One to three (1-3) years of experience teaching
- Experience with homeschooled students, Blended Learning, Flipped Classrooms, Curriculum Writing, and Differentiated Instruction

Experience:
District 49 credits each year of verified full-time/full-year K-12 teaching experience up to 20 years.
Work Schedule:
182 contracted work days (adjusted for part-time FTE)

Salary:
The minimum starting pay is $28,202*/year and the maximum salary is $45,295*/year. Initial pay placement is dependent on level of formal education and years of relevant experience (the maximum credit granted is 20 years).
