    3RD GRADE TEACHER - SPRINGS RANCH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

    New Teacher/Licensed Staff Orientation:
    New teaching/new licensed staff orientation will be held on July 24 & 25, 2024
    Experience:
    District 49 credits each year of verified full-time/full-year K-12 teaching experience up to 20 years.
    Work Schedule:
    182 contracted work days
    Benefits:
    This position is eligible for benefits including group insurance (health, dental and vision), paid sick and personal leave and elective retirement savings plans. Benefit details can be found here.
    Salary:The minimum starting pay is $50,059/year and the maximum salary is $85,004/year. Initial pay placement is dependent on level of formal education and years of relevant experience (the maximum credit granted is 20 years).
    Interviews are site-based and not conducted by the Human Resources office.

    Qualifications and Expectations:
    • BA/BS from accredited college or university
    • Valid Colorado teaching license endorsed in area of assignment: K-6 Elementary Education along with #3 OR
      a. A valid Colorado teaching license endorsed in another area AND #3
    • Candidate must have a passing PRAXIS Exam #5001 (or #5018) or CO PLACE - Elementary Education (tests administered on or before May 6, 2017 with score of 220 or higher)
