Falcon Ridge is looking for an energetic, outgoing individual to join our Outside Services team. Part time, $12/hr plus tips. Shifts typically run from 4am-12pm or 11:30pm-7:30pm. Essential Functions:

1. Treats all members, guests, and employees with respect. Maintains friendly appearance; greets Members and Guests by name with a smile.

2. Ensures clothing is clean, pressed, and in good condition and overall attire and appearance meets dress code guidelines.

3. Maintains cleanliness of work area.

4. Keeps Supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance. Notifies management if replacement is needed.

5. Cart Barn – tasks include:

· Stage golf carts with golf bags

· Maintain staging area, driving range, and practice area set-up

· Cleans golf clubs, receive members at end of round, records finish time and reports it to the Pro Shop

· Cleans and maintains golf carts and cart barn area

· Carries out starting and Marshaling duties in the absence of a scheduled starter or Marshall

6. Valet – tasks include:

· Brings customers and golf bags to golf cart staging area

· Loads and unloads golf bags in/out of vehicles

7. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, with continual emphasis on promoting employee health and safety. Assists in training colleagues in proper safety techniques

8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to recognize, communicate and/or resolve irrigation repair and maintenance challenges
• Ability to operate, repair and maintain irrigation system, pump station, irrigation computer system
• Ability to safely operate golf course equipment
• Knowledge of the methods, techniques, tools, and equipment used in golf course irrigation repair and maintenance
• Ability to work alone with limited supervision, follow instructions and be detail oriented

Minimum Qualifications and Licenses:

· One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Basic knowledge and understanding of typical golf course procedures

· Minimum age 18 with valid Driver License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record

· Ability to physically lift and carry golf bags

· Ability to operate golf carts

· Present a positive, professional image

· Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Reliable and predictable attendance

· Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions; skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards

Physical Requirements:

Employees in this position will be required to push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, move and position up to 50 pounds, and reach to perform the essential functions of the job. Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions and variable work hours including early mornings, weekends and holidays.
