- Ensure compliance with Company standards, regulations and procedures related to quality control
- Review daily and weekly reports and make recommendations for improving productivity and efficiency
- Train and Mentor adjusters and customer service representatives
- Perform process audits to ensure adherence to procedures and recommend process improvements
- Manage and respond to DOI and BBB complaints
- Identify and address common claims processing errors, formulate solutions to resolve issues and implement process improvement initiatives
- Develop and conduct quality audits within NAIC guidelines
- Job responsibilities are subject to change as we develop this role
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- 5 years related Auto Physical Damage supervisor experience
- Leadership skills; ability to plan, organize, delegate
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet associated timelines
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish, preferred
