Reports to : District ManagerJob Description : Our Field Merchandising Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the District Managers in their area of responsibility while overseeing a group of select stores.
The Field Merchandising Supervisor will assist with hiring and selection of the team and train, coach, and develop in merchandising concepts, sales techniques, policy and procedures.
This position requires having the ability to travel to a variety of stores, assist in hiring and training the team and ensure adherence to all programs and standards set forth by the company.
The Field Merchandising Supervisor will assist the District Managers in exceeding all budgetary objectives by driving sales, reducing shrink, measuring scanning accuracy, and achieving gross profit and labor goals in their locations and region.

Serve as a liaison between District Manager, customers, and merchandisers.Interact with Building Managers and Office Staff to build strong working relationships.
Provide District Manager with feedback on quality of product and sales trends of locations in their area of responsibility.
Independently market our special-order service in the community to obtain new business. Track special orders for assigned district.
The Field Supervisor will routinely work at locations to cover days off, sick days, and vacations.Maximize performance and productivity through store scheduling.
Qualifications : Two or four-year degree in Business Management or related field.Retail and merchandising experience.Verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership / Management skills including knowledge of scheduling, payroll reports, and sales histories.Basic computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, e-mail.
Must have ability to use your own phone and computer.Must be bilingual (Spanish and English).Essential Functions : Must be able to work long and flexible hours.
Open availability, weekends required.The ability to travel between stores using your own transportation.Physical Demands : Ability to lift / push / pull 20-50 poundsBending, lifting, stooping, walking, standing, twistingRepetitive hand / wrist / finger movementsLimited sittingAbility to drive long distancesAssociate reporting to this position : Retail Sales AssociatesCareer Path : District Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
