Position Summary:

The Health Institute is seeking a skilled Institute Administrator to manage and perform administrative services and oversee the non-profit's administrative operations. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for handling a range of administrative tasks, student services, grant management, facilities, and website management. Your role will encompass not only the day-to-day administrative tasks but also the comprehensive management of the education regulatory requirements and process development for this new organization. Key responsibilities include engaging with current and prospective students, strategizing for long and short-term goals, coordinating the student enrollment process, and directing all administrative activities. This leadership role involves the potential for working with subordinate management staff to ensure smooth operations and alignment with organizational objectives.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage administration, communications, and operations for the Institute i.e., providing holistic and integrated day-to-day support. Proactively solve problems with little supervision or direction.
  • Planning and coordination of logistics for Falck Health Institute meetings and events.
  • Stakeholder management internally and externally.
  • Organize student documents and enrollment to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Review student health documents for compliance.
  • Support receptionist position in answering phones, handling walk-in inquiries, greeting visitors, etc.
  • Develop processes and efficiencies that reduce nonessential tasks.
  • Identifying, implementing, and revising operational policies (SOPs) and guidelines.

The individual in this position must possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in an office setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals, teams, managers, supervisors, and external customers.
  • Excellent ability to communicate and work cohesively across Department lines.
  • Computer competency, including proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information when necessary.
  • Ability to consistently deliver outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers.
  • Highly dependable and ability to meet internal deadlines consistently.
  • Strong organization skills and attentiveness to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable, willing and able to adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in groups.
  • Ability to maintain a professional manner and appearance at all times.
