ROLE DESCRIPTION. Are you a passionate young adult with a talent for filmmaking and a heart for Christian ministry in Connecticut? Are you looking for an opportunity to showcase your skills while making a meaningful impact in your community? If so, we have the perfect role for you! We are seeking a dynamic young adult (ages 21-29) Christian Filmmaker to provide leadership in the development of a documentary that explores Christianity among young adults. Due to the parameters of the grant, we received, the focus of this project is for young adults. We are seeking a talented Filmmaker to lead a one time project. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in building their resume and working on a project that aligns with their values and passion for ministry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

1. Leadership: Lead the development of the documentary project, ensuring that it aligns with the values and aims of Faithwork Production. Faithwork Production is an entity that creates safe spaces for people of the Christian faith to share their faith, build community, and unapologetically live out their faith.

2. Convening Meetings: Convene monthly meetings with the congregation's self-selected leadership team to discuss project progress, gather input, and ensure alignment with the congregation's goals.

3. Attendance: Attend regular team planning meetings including monthly coaches meetings as required by the grant and participate in all four annual cohort meetings to provide updates on the project's status and seek guidance and support as needed.

4. Administrative Duties: Oversee administrative duties of the leadership team, including but not limited to, submitting monthly reports documenting the congregation's innovation efforts and submitting funding request forms.

5. Communication: Serve as a responsive communication touchpoint for Faithwork Production staff, providing regular updates, seeking feedback, and addressing any questions or concerns related to the project.

OTHER DUTIES.
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and script video content
- Film and edit videos for various platforms
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content meets brand guidelines
- Utilize motion graphics, typography, and visual effects to enhance videos
- Manage post-production tasks including color correction and sound editing

QUALIFICATION.

• Must be a young adult (aged 21-29) with a commitment to congregation and ministry with young adults.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Proficient in filmmaking techniques and production processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Values-aligned with the aims of Faithwork Production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and

• Adobe Bridge

- Experience with Avid or Final Cut Pro for video editing
- Strong understanding of motion graphics and video editing techniques
- Knowledge of typography principles for video content
- Familiarity with content management systems for organizing video assets
- Basic graphic design skills to create visual elements for videos
