```Overview```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our team. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

```Duties```
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Monitor patient care activities and ensure compliance with established standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
- Assist with the recruitment, hiring, and training of new nursing staff
- Manage schedules and assignments to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices
- Handle any patient or staff concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner

```Requirements```
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health, vital signs, physical examinations, and physiology
- Experience in acute pain management, neonatal ventilator care, cardiac catheterization, DME (Durable Medical Equipment), and utilization review is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
