Job Details Job Location Sunset Hills Campus - St Louis, MO Position Type Full Time Job Category Information Technology Description The Service Support Technician will assist the IT Director to support rehearsals & services, including overseeing media and building, developing, & leading the Dream Team (volunteers). This position is a hybrid of production and IT responsibilities. This position requires its primary duty be the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: General:
Build, develop, and lead Dream Team for both office time and Services.
Oversee running media for rehearsals & services, using Pro Presenter (playing videos & lyrics).
Be familiar with live streaming.
Be familiar with Square for point of sale departments.
Must be familiar with video conferencing.
Leads development and implementation processes for the organization's IT systems.
Assists staff with troubleshooting and equipment hookup and installation.
Develops and implements continuity protocols to minimize disruption to operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.
Establishes efficiency standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure.
Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
Competencies

Familiarity with Meraki Networking Equipment
Knowledgeable with Windows Server(s)
Knowledgeable with Linux Server(s)
Knowledge of VLANS
Competency of iOS and Android devices
Familiar with Cisco Webex and Cisco Conferencing solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in latest technology for IT systems and management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment (routinely uses standard office equipment). Physical Demands Office time is mostly a sedentary role (stationary at desk and working on a computer); during services and events, must have high energy for multiple hour segments. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work The weekly schedule will include 40-45 hours per week and will rotate every other week. In addition to your regular weekly hours you will be asked to participate in events that will occasionally include evening or weekend hours, as there are continual seasons where it will be necessary to exceed these minimum hours (i.e., Christmas, Easter, Strategic Planning, are just some examples and do not encompass all of the extended hours opportunities). These hours can/will fluctuate. Sunday: 7:00AM 2:00PM Monday: 10:00AM 5:30PM Tuesday: 10:00AM 7:00PM (rotation week 10:00AM 8:30PM) Wednesday: 10:00AM 5:30PM Thursday: 10:00AM 5:30PM Friday: Off Saturday: Off (rotation week 1:00pm 7:00pm) Travel Campus to campus local travel and occasional overnight trips will be expected for this position. Education and Experience
Ministry background
Level of experience: Intermediate (practical application)
2 years experience using Cisco Meraki
Familiar with Resi (Living As One)
Familiar with Mac, PC, iOS, and the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience serving remote users
Preferred Education and Experience
Background in ministry production and media
Familiar with ProPresenter
