We are looking for a Business Loan Processor to work under the direction of the VP Business Loan Administrator. The Business Loan Processor will be responsible for the documenting of small business loans, inputting loan data, and monitoring loan portfolio requirements (including but not limited to insurance and UCC filings). This position will be located at our Oviedo administrative office and compensation for the role starts at $24/hr.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assists Branch and Relationship Managers through the Small Business and Commercial Loan Closing Process.
• Responsible with ordering third-party vendor products to include flood searches, environmental reports, and other reports as needed.
• Prepares loan closing checklists and the necessary closing documentation for Commercial Loans.
• Responsible for booking and funding Small Business and Commercial Loans after closing utilizing internal checklists to ensure accuracy.
• Works with the AVP Business Loan Administrator to ensure that all new and existing loan files are complete, accurate and in accordance with all audit requirements.
• Responsible for preparing Commitment, Renewal, Adverse Action, Term Out and Renewal letters in accordance with internal documentation.
• Responsible for completing Loan Servicing requests in a timely manner.
• Responsible for quarterly quality control reporting and file maintenance.
• Assists the AVP Business Loan Administrator in providing Management, Loan Officers, and branches with a variety of reports for the review and control of the loan portfolio.
• Assists Loan Officers in requesting financial statements as well as tracks adherence to loan monitoring covenants.
• Responsible for updating and maintaining required insurance coverage and UCC filings.
• Assists with scanning and organizing electronic credit files as new and updated information is received.
• Responsible for answering department phones and providing information and/or routing calls to the appropriate individual.
