Job Description:

At Fairway Liquor Store, we are looking for a friendly, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a liquor store sales associate.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in customer service, retail sales, and have product knowledge. They will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting customers, and providing them with any general information about our products. The sales associate will also be responsible for maintaining the sales floor, stock room, as well as assisting with visual merchandising.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

· Assist customers with finding the products they are looking for.

· Answer customer questions about products.

· Help customers makes selections by providing detailed product information.

· Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

· Stock shelves and displays with merchandise, keeping the area clean and organized.

· Follow all company policies and procedures.

· Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.

· Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Must be 21 years of age.

· Reliable transportation.

· High School Diploma or equivalent education.

· Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time, along with bending.

· Communication skills, product knowledge, and sales experience.

· Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

· Basic math skills and experience with point-of-sale systems, along with cash handling experience.

· Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
