Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our "Famvilla" team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a ky role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services. This position requires skills in graphic design, social media management, event coordination, community outreach, and email marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and on-brand graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Manage all aspects of social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, engagement, and analytics tracking.
• Coordinate and execute events, workshops, and special promotions in-store and within the community.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, influencers, and media outlets to expand brand awareness and reach.
• Execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, staff, and management, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Contribute to various special projects as assigned, such as product launches, collaborations, or marketing research initiatives.

Experience Desired:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications roles
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Canva/Adobe Suite)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
• Experience with event planning and coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Retail or hospitality background preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
