We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Worker to work in a senior living setting and join our maintenance team. You will inspect different equipment and preform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. We prefer you have previous experience in maintenance. The hours of this position are 8:00am to 4:30pm and sometimes on-call on the weekend. This position is at our memory care community.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment

• Performing preventative maintenance

• Basic repairs

• Paint and patch rooms for new residents

• Ability to drive a minibus

• Be available to be on-call

• Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary

• Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them

• Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills

• Must be flexible and willing to chip in where needed
