Job Summary and Qualifications

The Director Cardiovascular Services is responsible for business development and serve as liaison for Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional programs and Cardiology Services. Areas of responsibility will include program development, operational efficiency, facilitation with physician integration, quality outcomes/patient and physician satisfaction, annual business planning, case management, and service line strategic planning/marketing. This individual will have direct line relationships with cardiac cath labs, interventional radiology and the Care Assure program. The Director will also supervise the cardiovascular nursing areas, and have matrix relationships with ED, radiology, cardiac rehab, and community outreach.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Radiology, Business, or any healthcare related field required
• Master's Degree preferred
• Registered ARRT required
• BCLS certification within 30 days of hire required
• 5 years of healthcare leadership experience required
