The primary focus is to develop and maintain a vibrant, thriving, resident driven independent living community. The Resident Life Coordinator is an enthusiastic, creative, compassionate, and a dedicated individual who will partner with our residents to identify activities and culture initiatives that enrich their everyday lives. This position respectfully interacts with residents, family members, staff, visitors and maintains a positive customer service relationship while demonstrating integrity in all aspects of the job.

• Must possess an Associate's Degree in Communication or Hospitality.
• Experience working in a Life Plan Community.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Programs.
• Experience with Social Media i.e. Facebook, and Linkedin.
