Fairview Health Services is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) on the Float Pool at the St. John’s Hospital located in Maplewood, MN.
This position is eligible for an additional $2/hour augmentation.
The Float Pool RN will take full care assignments and float to a variety of units including Cardiac Telemetry, Med/Surg, Orthopedics, Oncology, and more! This unique department is a specialty group that supports patient care throughout the hospital. Schedule: This position will be a SWAT RN Role working 0.5 FTE (40 hours every two weeks). The shift length will be 8 hours on the Night shift, variable schedule with an every other weekend rotation (F,S,S) and a holiday rotation.

Responsibilities Job DescriptionThe RN serves as the key leader of the interdependent team and is responsible for achieving patient and unit outcomes by coordinating the care for a group of patients. This includes the comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; identification of outcomes based on the need’s assessment; establishing the plan of care; monitoring the progress; and modification of the plan of care as needed.
