Fairview Health Services is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Urgent Care Clinics. Join our growing practice seeing patients at our eleven urgent care locations in the Minneapolis-St Paul area and surrounding suburbs. This position will focus primarily on our North and/or East locations but has the potential to practice at other locations.

Practice Details:

• Join our team of 45 urgent care providers.
• Patient encounters average 20-30 patients per day in a 10 hour shift.
• Opening(s): 1- flexible FTE from .6 to 1.0- Flexible schedule, working an average every third weekend (more weekend available if desired).
• No Call required.
• As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

M Health Fairview Urgent Care Clinics are in eleven locations:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• BC/BE through NCCPA.
• Licensed or ability to obtain a PA license with prescriptive authority through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).

• 2 years of previous Urgent Care, Primary Care, ER, or Hospitalist experience as a Physician Assistant.
