We are looking for someone to put out For Sale by Owner signs for us that are in the area. My company owns a property in Cedar Grove, TN. We need 50 signs put out in the neighborhood and 1 placed in front of the house. I would place an order for pre-made signs to be delivered to you.

-I will send you confirmation #

-Once they arrive take photos oh them and send to me so we make sure they are correct.

-After they have been approved, put them out.

- Please take a picture of every sign you put out. **This is how you get paid**

- No Pictures = No Payment

-We do not send payment before hand for gas.

-You will need a phone that takes photos.

We can send CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, or even mail you a check. Whatever is easiest for you.

Overview:

Place a total of (51) signs in and around the neighborhood of the property address we disclose. Once you have received the shipment of signs send me a photo so I can make sure they are correct. Then, you will place out signs and take photos of each sign, send me the photos of all the signs out and then I will pay you whichever method is most convenient for you.
