Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential clients to introduce our insurance offerings and schedule appointments.
Campaign Execution: Follow set scripts and strategies to effectively communicate product benefits and schedule follow-up activities.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects to ensure a strong pipeline of potential clients for the agency.
Customer Service: Provide a high level of service to all clients, answering questions, providing information, and addressing concerns.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions with clients for future reference.
