Fairless Homes LLC is a Henderson-based general contractor with a surplus of work looking for skilled residential framers and general construction workers. Our company specializes in new construction such as poolhouses, casitas, and additions. Our company also specializes in remodels to include kitchen, bathrooms, and whole home makeovers. Responsibilities:
-Ability and comprehension of wood framing, setting trusses, installing sheathing and shear walls, installing windows, etc.
-Ability and comprehension of setting doors, installing baseboard, door casing, and crown mouldings
-Ability and comprehension of reading cabinet layouts and installing cabinetry
-Ability to perform various types of demolition to include tile flooring, cabinets and countertops, interior walls, etc.
-Ability and comprehension to provide general construction labor, construction clean-up, organizing the jobsite, handling of materials, etc.

This is a full-time position. Pay based on experience level; $22-$30 per hour.
