We are looking for an Activity Director with more than 2 years of experience as a Director to oversee the development of fun and engaging activities that encourage friendships and social interaction while also teaching our residents how to be responsible, independent individuals. The Activity Director will also be involved in the purchasing of supplies and maintaining a budget for the department and must have a background in leadership, event planning, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Attend staff meetings.
• Conduct regular evaluations of facility personnel.
• Plan and implement activities to meet the needs of the residents.
• Ensure that all residents receive equal attention and treatment.
• Order supplies and equipment as needed.
• Plan activity calendars for the facility.
• Supervise the activity staff.
• Maintain records on each resident's activities as needed.
• Communicate with other departments for resident committee.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
