Fairgrounds - New Orleans, LA is Hiring a Surveillance Operator Near Orleans, LA
Job Summary – Act as oversight and security agent for management and customers. Observe casino for irregular activities. Usually required to provide verbal and written reports of all violations and suspicious behavior to supervisor.
Essential Functions –
• Monitor and observe gaming establishments
• Conduct investigations
• Must be able to prepare Surveillance reports as required in a complete, factual and legible manner
• Testify as necessary in a court of law as a witness
• Safeguard all confidential information
• Makes proper notifications of Gaming and other violations
• Performs other related duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience: 3-5 years of experience. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
Qualifications:
• Must consent to and successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be 21 years or older (required by Casino and/or State regulations).
• Must be able to obtain a Louisiana Racing Commission License and a Louisiana Gaming License. (Company will provide application.)
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
