Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. This is a fast-paced environment that requires excellent multitasking skills and a strong knowledge of bartending techniques.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Utilize the Aloha POS system to process orders and payments
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in stocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Strong bartending skills with knowledge of various drink recipes and techniques
- Proficient in using cash registers and POS systems
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations
- Sales-oriented mindset to upsell products and increase revenue

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in the food industry is preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 30 pounds)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
