Fairfield Montessori Preschool is looking for an experienced Montessori Preschool Teacher with 12 ECE credits.
We are a small setup with ability to understand with full empathy.
Facility owner is easily reachable :-)
Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Teach basic academic skills, including math and language development.
- Incorporate hands-on learning experiences and educational games to enhance learning.
- Foster social, emotional, and physical development through play and structured activities.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
Qualifications:
- 12 ECE credits are must
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
