What you will do for Fairfield:

• Perform highly physical work on a consistent basis
• Work as part of a team and take direction from Crew Leaders, Site Foremen and Ops Managers
• Must be able to work outdoors during hot and/or cold weather
• Utilize the proper usage of all tools, equipment and machinery
• Always maintain a clean and safe job site
• Other duties as required

Preferred Requirements of a Landscape Laborer at Fairfield:

• Clean driving record (Preferred but not necessary for non-driver crew members)
• Have superior customer service skills, be dependable and courteous
• Highly motivated, self-driven, have an attention to detail, prioritization and be able to multi-task
